Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025/2026 school year within a special education cooperative located in Morris, IL. This role requires experience working in school settings and a valid SLP credential (CCC preferred). The caseload primarily serves elementary to junior high students on the autism spectrum across three schoolsone in Morris and two in nearby Minooka. Key responsibilities include: Providing speech and language therapy to students with autism spectrum disorder Managing a caseload of approximately 35 students distributed across three schools Collaborating with educators and other related service providers to support student needs Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing to team discussions Qualifications and experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist credential with school experience Completion of CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) is preferred Experience working with school-aged students, particularly those on the autism spectrum Ability to manage a caseload spread across multiple school locations Strong communication and collaboration skills This position offers full-time hours ranging from 32.5 to 37.5 per week, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through May 2026. The role involves travel between the schools in Morris and Minooka, IL. Candidates with relevant school-based SLP experience interested in this travel position are encouraged to apply promptly.
