$62,300.00-$74,760.00.Note that American Red Cross salaries are
aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is
primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine
your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years
of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in
this role.What You'll Do: Under limited supervision, collect and
evaluate data from organizational units and prepare recommendations
for deliverables including financial plans and/or financial
analysis. May provide business leaders with financial forecasts to
support short and long - term decision making. Provide support,
development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.Perform
all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard
operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State, and local
regulations.Responsibilities1.Generate and Analyze reports to
evaluate business performance results, including variance analysis
and key drivers of performance for leadership.2.Conduct and
document moderately complex financial analysis projects.3.Interpret
and implement financial concepts for financial planning and
control.4. Provide monthly revenue and/or expense analyses and
reports.5.Interact and liaison with cross-functional groups to
identify and resolve issues in assigned areas of responsibility.6.
Support the development and maintenance of financial policies,
procedures, and systems.-------------------------ScopeIndividual

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or
FinanceExperience: Minimum 3 years of related experience or
equivalent combination of education and related experience
required.Management Experience: N/ASkills & Abilities: Strong Excel
knowledge is required. Experience using Power BI is preferred.
Knowledge of applicable principles, concepts, practices, and
standards. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
skills. Basic proficiency in use of Personal Computer,
word-processing, spreadsheet applications, and database
applications when applicable. Ability to work on a team.Travel: May
travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout the
Red Cross system.*Combination of candidate's education and general
experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate
to description's minimum education and general experience years
combined (Management experience cannot be

functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the
employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel;

walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must
frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift
and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by
this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision,
peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business
office with computers, phones and printers, light traffic). The
employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have
the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of
