The new SCA Health represents who we are today and where we are going-and the growing career opportunities for YOU.ResponsibilitiesPerform various corporate accounting functions within prescribed time schedules and guidelines Perform month end close procedures-preparing and recording multiple manual and recurring journal entries Prepare and maintain account reconciliations, research outstanding issues and propose correctionsResponsible for preparing invoices for various service linesResponsible for preparing and analyzing various monthly/quarterly financial reports Develop and maintain solid working relationships with fellow team members and home office departmentsPrepare timely and accurate work product, including insightful financial statement analysisReview/prepare facility and corporate-specific ad hoc reporting requests from managementWork closely with team members, department heads and facility personnel, assisting with any accounting/financial questions or needs QualificationsBS in Accounting required 2 + years experience in corporate or public accounting demonstrating a working knowledge of debits and credits in the general ledgerStrong quantitative, analytical, and statistical skills Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to interact with all levels of managementProficiency in Microsoft: Excel, Outlook, Word PI206892512
