Job Description:Will be supporting the appliance sales and service department, collecting on unpaid retail purchases. Responsible for taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers. Not hard collections, soft type of collection calls.Qualifications:1-2 years of recent collections experience2+ years of call center experience or inbound/outbound calls experienceSome type of customer service experience is requiredWork Environment:M-F; 8am -5pm, no weekendsHybrid Schedule.
