SummaryThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for
overseeing the Finance, Accounting and IT functions of the company,
through building and growing cohesive, high performing, self-led
TEAms.--Ownership Financial Management: Manage the company's
financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and
auditing. Ensure that the financial transactions, policies, and
procedures meet the organization's short and long-term business
objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations,
accounting principles, and standards. Oversee Accounting, Cost,
Audit and Tax. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and
communication of monthly and annual financial statements. Ensure
the timely reporting of key financial data and updates to the CEO,
Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders. Compliance: Ensure
legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions
to include tax planning and compliance with local, state, and
federal tax regulations. Relationships: Establish and foster
mutually beneficial financing relationships with funding partners.
IT and Data Management: Directing all IT operations to support,
maintain, and optimize the use of existing applications, and
development of modern technology solutions to support all
departments and functions of the business. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement the financial strategy and organizational
informational systems of the company to include long-term financial
planning, forecasting and analysis, risk management, and investment
strategies. Leadership: Coach and lead the Finance and Accounting
team and Information Technology team to ensure their ongoing
professional development and training. Participate in key decisions
as a member of the executive management team. Serve as a Corporate
Officer with all duties and responsibilities set in our corporate
bylaws. Be a key member of the strategic planning team that
facilitates department and company-wide education and adoption of
strategic initiatives, metrics, and information flow. Drive all
Corporate Responsibility programming to increase Milo's Moments
around every corner of America, including recycling, social
advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities. Invest in and is an
example of Milo's Responsibility commitment which includes
environmental, social, and corporate governance components. This
position has responsibilities related to Food Safety and
Quality.Qualifications Extensive experience in senior financial
managerial roles, with a proven track record of success. 5-10 years
Executive Team experience preferred in a Consumer-Packaged Goods
(CPG) organization to have the industry expertise and business
acumen to take Milo's to the next level. Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance or Economics or related field (MBA, JD,
preferred). CPA Preferred. Mergers and Acquisitions Experience
preferred with Risk Management experience to identify and mitigate
operational and financial risks. Excellent knowledge of data
analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods. Ability to
motivate a team to achieve goals while creating a fun and
