SVP currently owns over 420 locations across the country and is sponsored by a leading private equity team.SVP is seeking a highly qualified Financial Analyst to join our rapidly growing team in Birmingham, AL. This role will be an integral part of SVPs finance team and an essential partner to our Payroll, Human Resources, and Medical teams. The primary responsibilities of the production team center around analyzing doctor performance and effectiveness, calculating doctor production (a/k/a commissions), ensuring our Medical teams and CEO are kept up to date with timely reporting, and various ad hoc analyses related to our doctors.*Financial Analyst Responsibilities** Calculate biweekly, monthly, quarterly and annual production, including preparing files to send to payroll, comparison analysis, and reporting to medical teams* Answer Medical Director and individual doctor questions related to production and overall compensation.
