You'll Do as the Director of Billing Own the end-to-end billing
process, including setup, invoicing, and collections Partner with
Finance and Operations leaders to create and implement billing best
practices Manage and develop a team of billing professionals Build
training programs and lead education on new systems and processes
Develop and standardize reporting, including AR dashboards and
performance KPIs Lead integration efforts for new acquisitions or
openings into the billing workflow Advise on strategy for
discounts, tuition rates, and employee billing Support ongoing
process improvement and efficiency efforts Communicate write-offs
and AR trends to senior leadership What We're Looking For in a
Director of Billing Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
required. Additional certifications are a plus. 10 years of
experience in process improvement and billing operations
Comfortable driving change in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Experience in early childhood education, Procare, and/or NetSuite
are large plus factors.
