Senior Financial Analyst Base Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 What Sets Us Apart Hybrid role - 2 days from home Support executive leadership directly Build reports and develop dashboards used to support business decisions Comprehensive benefits: 401(k) match, healthcare, PTO bonus eligibility Opportunity to shape strategic vision across the organization Key Responsibilities Lead consolidation and maintenance of financial data across revenue, costs, and operating metrics Develop, manage, and update detailed financial models-budgets, forecasts, and rolling forecasts-using driver-based forecasting Analyze actual performance vs. plan-highlight variances, interpret trends, and deliver insights to senior leadership Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and presentations for executives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field-MBA or CFA a plus 4-6 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related accounting experience-preferably within tech or SaaS fpa financialanalysis BI dashboards growth development
