  • Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties
  • Support a variety of projects for other employees
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Receive and direct visitorsRequirements
    • Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
    • Earlier work involving Microsoft Outlook
    • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Application
    • Good understanding of Prepare Checks
    • Filing experience preferred
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Internet Explorer
    • Finance experience
    • e-Filing experience highly desired
    • Administrative Assistance experience
    • General familiarity with Microsoft Office
    • Background working with Microsoft Office Programs
    • Microsoft Office Products experience highly preferred
    • Adeptness in Microsoft Excel
    • Knowledge of Finance Department
    • Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
    • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
