Qualifications

Must be a very warm, capable well-organized individual who can provide a concierge experience for our clients.
Strong written and oral communication skills to manage a lot of client communications.
Well organized with solid follow-up skills to ensure requests are executed.
Solid problem solver with a strong desire to continually improve and streamline operations.
We'd like to invest in someone that wants to pursue opportunities for professional development in licensing/designations/certifications to best serve our clients and grow a highly rewarding career.
Tech-savvy individual that can manage our internal programs.


Serving Clients

Much of your day will involve interacting with clients to address questions, process their requests, gather/submit forms to execute client investment transactions, process investment/account paperwork and transfers.
Take on more complex questions, research solutions etc. as you achieve higher levels of knowledge, experience, and licensing/designations.
Work closely and effectively with the team to keep the Financial Advisors well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately to keep things on schedule.
