Job Description The Receptionist position will involve answering
multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency
customers, greeting office visitors throughout the day, and other
additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or
associates. Benefits Flexible schedule available. PTO package.
Company 401K. Responsibilities Provides phone support and sees that
all messages personally received are effectively communicated to
the person intended either by email or inter-office chat. Ensures
agency data is correct and complete in the agency management system
with every client interaction. Provides client services, including:
taking / receipting premium payments appropriately routing calls
for further assistance Provides clerical assistance to Personal and
Commercial Lines associates and agents. Refers new sales / upsells
to Multi-Line Sales representatives at every opportunity. Reviews
late payer list and makes customer contact by email, agency text or
phone call to maintain and increase retention. Reviews retention
list monthly, identifying significant rate increases. Always asks
for referral and thanks customers for their business. Requirements
Previous administrative experience preferred. Must have excellent
written and verbal communication skills. Must be dedicated to
thorough documentation and follow-up. Proficiency in Microsoft
Office applications preferred. High school diploma required. Some
college preferred but not required.
