Job Description:
We're looking for an enthusiastic, professional receptionist to
join our team! You'll play a crucial role as the face and first
point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities
include answering phone calls and emails, making travel
arrangements, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, and
other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business

Responsibilities:
--- Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter
the building and give them any pertinent information or
directions
--- Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow
necessary sign-in protocol
--- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry,
copying, filing etc.
--- Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is
accurate and up-to-date
--- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
--- Manage the main phone line, directing calls as necessary
--- Schedule appointments following the legal team's guidance
--- Efficiently organize and analyze information/files
--- Bilingual communication with clients, including updates and
information gathering
--- Oversee meeting room preparations and attorney calendars
--- Manage client files, prepare correspondence, and translate
documents
--- Offer comprehensive administrative support and perform other
vital office tasks
--- Organize company trips and handle employee travel itineraries
to ensure off-site events go well

Qualifications:
--- Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills,
organizational skills, and time management skills
--- 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job
experience preferred
--- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft
Office
--- Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting
stressful situations
--- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Here's what we're looking for in the ideal candidate:
--- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English
and Spanish
--- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
--- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
--- Previous receptionist experience, preferably in an immigration
law firm
--- Resilience under stress, meticulous attention to detail, and
commendable organizational skills
--- Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic
computer skills
--- An Associate's Degree or higher education is highly
preferred
