Administrative Support Location: Akron, OH Pay: Up to $20/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM We are seeking a
professional Apartment Leasing Consultant with strong
administrative and office support skills to join an affordable
housing community in Akron, OH. This role is ideal for someone who
enjoys a balance of leasing, resident interaction, and detailed
administrative work. Key Responsibilities: Leasing apartments and
assisting prospects through the application process Providing
excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
Handling administrative duties including filing, data entry, and
document management Assisting with affordable housing paperwork and
compliance support Answering phones, responding to emails, and
managing office correspondence Entering and tracking work orders
Supporting the property management team with daily office
operations Qualifications: Prior apartment leasing experience
preferred Affordable housing experience (LIHTC, Section 8, HUD, or
Tax Credit) strongly preferred Strong administrative,
organizational, and office support skills Comfortable with data
entry, compliance paperwork, and filing Professional communication
and customer service skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to
