Job Description:
SEASONAL About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated
Program Assistant to join our team in Steele, AL . As a Program
Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily
operations of our organization. Minimum Qualifications: High School
Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) with 5 years of
verifiable administrative experience Strong organizational and time
management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree in related field with 1 year of verifiable
experience in an office setting Strong organizational and time
management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience
working with diverse populations Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Center
Director, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and
maintaining records Provide excellent customer service Collaborate
with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement
solutions Maintain a high level of professionalism and
