Robins & Morton is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to innovatively contribute to the productivity, efficiency and most importantly, the culture of the Robins & Morton family. Specifically, the Marketing Coordinator will work with our Government Services Team to develop proposal responses and sales materials, as well as help with multiple other -projects. If you're motivated to contribute to a fast-paced marketing team, then we're interested in you! -POSITION -DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a hardworking, detailed-oriented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. He or she will help prepare and develop Government Services proposals, sales presentations, brochures and other key marketing and sales materials. "--- YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: -(Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.) Proposals and Presentations -"--- Coordinate the proposal process for the Government Services Team from start to finish, including compilation, assembly and delivery. Ensure the final proposal submission is high quality and submitted on time. Evaluate technical content to ensure RFP requirements and evaluation criteria are met and the proposal is compliant. Track amendments and clarifications to ensure that the final proposal incorporates all required information. Work with the Government Services sales leaders and technical teams to -write, edit, design and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with company brand standards. Assist in developing proposals and presentations for secondary client opportunities that may require creative strategy including primary and secondary research, technical writing, graphic design and production support. Provide marketing support throughout the division to ensure consistent branding for all client communications (i.e. estimate presentation covers). Ensure all marketing assets are saved in the designated location for collaborative purposes. Sales Materials -"--- Develop resumes, project profiles, project lists, SF330 forms and other standard materials for sales leaders as requested. Develop new marketing materials to support division-wide and individual sales pursuits (i.e. service and/or market specific informational brochures). Provide sales support to corporate marketing and other divisions as needed. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) -"--- Enter and maintain data for projects, sales opportunities, companies, contacts and personnel. Produce marketing reports for sales meetings. Event Support -"--- Research, track and document information for division-related events including project milestones (groundbreaking, topping out, grand opening), industry and client trade shows and conferences and client/community sponsored events (fundraisers, golf tournaments, etc.). Organize and/or participate in select client fundraisers or organizational events Manage promotional inventory and delivery for events and meetings listed above. Research and introduce new items. Introduce creative ways to maximize sponsorships, partnerships, etc. Communications/Public Relations Serve as a conduit and point of contact for division projects, personnel and events, and collaborate with communications team on appropriate communication projects, including internal/external public relations, social media, project and division website updates. Assist with content development for division communication projects, including engagement in company-wide Building Forward efforts. Coordinate division award entries and surveys, including research, writing, layout, production, etc. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: -(Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.) Must be organized, deadline-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks concurrently, creative, self-motivated, hard-working, proactive, and intuitive. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, a positive, team-oriented attitude and a professional demeanor are required. Must be committed to internal and external client service and poised under fast-paced pressure. Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, marketing or related field. Minimum two years' relevant experience. Experience with federal proposal development in the A/E/C industry is considered a plus. An understanding of how to navigate SAM.gov (formerly FBO.gov) for RFP requirements and amendments is considered a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Cosential and other desktop publishing software. Excellent writing and grammar reviewing skills. Technical writing skills are considered a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Access. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and organization skills. Proficiency in or aptitude to learn new software.
