    • Createinteractivedashboards in Tableau that utilize data to providebusiness intelligenceto key business partners across the organization.
    • Combine date frommultiplesourcesto presentinternal and external datausingconsistently formatted viewsthat help the users easily find and understand results specific to their business function.
    • Buildand maintainextracts to populate underlying data-martsusing tools like Informatica and Python. Maintain relationship with database teams to adapt to changes and enhancements to underlying data schemas.
    • Create technical specifications and solutions based on businessrequirements. Provide guidance onoptions forsummary and detailpresentation views that can bebestutilized to answer specific business questions.
    • Responsible forteam coordination forthe change-management processonexisting dashboards.
    • Schedule and monitor multiple refresh schedules. Build error handling notifications and processes.
    • Manage permissionsfor entire reporting suite to ensure the correct data is available to the right peopleat the relevant grain of detail.
    • Assist with the maintenanceand supportofexisting report processesacrossmultiple distributionchannels andschedules. Migrate existing reporting packages to Tableau.
    • Document code and workflows to facilitate transparency and operational continuity. Intern Requirements & Qualifications
      • Must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program, with a scheduled graduation between December 2022 and June 2023
      • Qualifying majors include computer science, data science, business analysis, finance, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
      • A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale
      • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects
      • Self-directed and able to work with little supervision
      • Interest in insurance and financial services
      • Good collaborative and relationship-building skills
