Avtex marketing team.Your primary objective is to promote Avtex
across all digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible
for developing effective digital marketing and advertising
strategies, driving website traffic and visibility, implementing
search engine best practices, promoting campaigns, and driving
social media growth.During a Typical Day, You Will
- Participate in collaborative work groups tasked with achieving
assigned goals
- Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals and
portfolio needs
- Execute digital advertising across a variety of digital
channels
- Collaborate on the creation of digital content for websites,
landing pages, blogs, emails, podcasts, videos, infographics, and
more
- Establish and grow our web presence to boost brand
awareness
- Help manage and grow social media following and engagement
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to
ensure brand and messaging consistency
- Continually improve search engine optimization and general
discovery of content by target audiences
- Capture and track public sentiment and interests around our
industry and solutions
- Determine methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for
obtaining results
- Establish, analyze and report on performance benchmarks and
KPIs including but not limited to web traffic, lead cost and
conversion rates
- Stay up to date with digital media technologies and latest
trends
- Manage digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as
well as campaign budgets and schedules
- Interpret internal and external business issues and recommend
best practicesWhat You Bring to the Role
- Understanding of digital marketing and digital production
- Experience delivering effective and innovative digital
campaigns
- Experience delivering a variety of digital assets
- Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a
solid understanding of social marketing
- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the
ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
- Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and
manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business
- Knowledge of SEM, SEO and AdWords programs
- Strong project management skills, excellent oral and written
communication skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact
on company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, audio and video editing,
HTML, HTML 5, CSS is a big plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a
related field. Equivalent experience considered.
- 4 years of digital marketing or general marketing
experience
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plusWhat You Can ExpectThe
anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this
position is $65,000 - $85,000. This position is eligible to
participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation
offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work
experience, education and/or skill levels. Benefits available to
