iHeartMedia StationsJob Summary:Oversees full-cycle marketing activities for broadcast stations in the Birmingham, Huntsville, Montgomery, Tuscaloosa and Gadsden for iHeartMedia. Employee will be responsible for coordinating on-site appearances, managing part-time staff, handle station contesting, integration station brands in the market and help grow social media audience, and create content for stations' websites. Works with station management in determining appropriate promotions for targeted demographic.Directs on-air promotions activities, including creative design of promotional spots that maintain and enhance established creative vision and tactical objectives.Partners with Sales to develop and execute programs to increase listening audience and ratings, enhance brand awareness and loyalty, generate subscribers and increase market share.Activities may also include: Creating brand imaging programs and detailed advertising and promotional campaigns, or online/web/interactive initiatives.Ensures appropriate parties are apprised of changes to creative content, schedules and priorities.Uses creativity to fund and/or trade for event giveaways and promotional materials.Builds and executes unique revenue opportunities that leverage all aspects of the organization's product offerings for key advertisers and across all media platforms. Candidate should have experience planning and executing events while working with sales and programming as the primary liaison between programming and sales.
