Advertising Account Coordinator

Job Description:

Works closely with Business Development Director and Regional Advertising Director to execute advertising programs for clients.Overview

Communicate advertising/marketing needs of Dealer Enrollment Program (DEP) clients to other departments within agency
Prepare written and electronic communications, including client documentation and correspondence, proposals, and interoffice communications for DEP clients
Maintain DEP client projects/budgets and execute steps to billing
Manage manufacturer reimbursement funds
Ensure that deliverables are on time and within budget
Attend weekly Account Team meetingsQualifications
- College degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field from an accredited college/university
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Organized with attention to detail and accuracy and ability to manage variety of tasks
- Superior time and project management skills
