- Paid volunteer time Position SummaryThe Director of Omnichannel
Shopper Marketing is responsible for integrating and optimizing
eCommerce, our digital shelf, and engaging shopper marketing
programs via a strategic approach that leverages path-to-purchase
drivers to accelerate conversion. Ownership
- Lead development of omnichannel shopper marketing vision,
roadmap, key priorities, and integrated programs to deliver
growth.
- Create a seamless and compelling digital and in-store shopping
experience that results in conversion by utilizing search, media,
digital shelf, and in-store shopper marketing.
- Understand and leverage shopper insights, industry trends,
competitive insights, and data to accelerate shopper
conversion.
- Analyze ROAS and performance metrics against goals to determine
effectiveness of plans and areas for improvement.
- Lead in-store marketing events, the creation of in-store
materials, and the development of digital point of sale
communications.
- Direct the budget investment to assist in delivery of retailer
growth goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA
preferred.
- 8+ years of retail marketing, shopper marketing, omnichannel
marketing, etc.
- CPG background required with preference for large and small
company experience.
- Delivered strong growth in key customers via compelling omni
channel approach and programs.
- Exceptional communicator (verbally and written) - Ability to
tell a fact-based story, synthesize and convey key messages and
present in a visual and compelling way.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs (Excel, Word,
Power Point) and other computer technologies, as well as Nielsen,
Spectra, Home-scan, etc.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial
environment.
