Job Description Job Description Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician Job Description The role involves performing essential building repairs both inside and outside the facility. The maintenance shop is located outside the building in the parking lot. Duties include overhead and dock door repair and troubleshooting, plumbing repairs, snow removal, and laying salt. Additionally, the role requires fixing and repairing leaks on racking and various furniture and office items, as well as maintaining windows and employee entrance doors. Responsibilities Perform building repairs inside and outside the facility. Maintain the grounds maintenance shop located in the parking lot. Repair and troubleshoot overhead and dock doors. Conduct plumbing repairs as needed. Remove snow and lay salt to ensure safe conditions. Fix and repair leaks on racking and various office furniture items. Maintain windows and employee entrance doors. Essential Skills 2 years of facilities maintenance experience. Proficiency in facilities maintenance, plumbing, and dock door repair. Experience with snow removal, overhead door repairs, and leak repairs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Carpentry and drywall skills are beneficial. Groundskeeping experience is an advantage. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Troy, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $63233.00 - $65353.00/yr. Benefits and full retirement and 410K.
