We look for the best of the best! Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining safety compliance and fostering a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations on construction sites to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain project timelines and budgets. Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to monitor progress and quality of work. Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to communicate progress to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process in a timely manner. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local building codes and regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Must be willing to do overnights sometimes Familiarity with cost analysis and budgeting for construction projects.
