Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide
support in a school setting located in Odenville, AL. This role
focuses on serving a diverse caseload within a learning center
environment, primarily working with students from elementary to
some high school levels who require targeted speech and language
interventions. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of
approximately 49 students with varying speech and language needs.
Deliver therapy and support tailored to a high-needs group,
including many younger children (5th grade or below) and some high
school students. Provide services onsite, with flexibility for
hybrid or virtual options if needed. Collaborate with school staff
and families to develop and implement effective individualized
education plans (IEPs). Maintain accurate documentation and
progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements.
Qualifications: Valid Alabama state license for Speech-Language
Pathology. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
preferred. Experience working in school-based settings supporting
diverse student populations. Ability to manage a moderately large
caseload and adapt therapy strategies to meet individual student
needs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Position
Details: Location: Odenville, Alabama (onsite primarily, with
potential hybrid options). Contract duration: Immediate start
through May 23rd, 2026. Work schedule: Part-time, 4 days per week
from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM. One position available. This role offers
