Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist skilled
in telespeech services within a school setting in Birmingham, AL.
This role involves delivering remote speech therapy to support
students communication development and academic success. Key
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language
assessments via telespeech platforms. Design and implement
individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to
monitor progress and adjust interventions. Maintain detailed,
confidential documentation of sessions and outcomes. Adhere to all
applicable ethical and legal guidelines in service delivery.
Desired Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure
and certification. Demonstrated experience with telespeech or
telepractice modalities. Strong knowledge of speech, language, and
communication disorders in educational settings. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills for effective virtual
interaction. Ability to manage caseload and maintain compliance
