Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An immediate
full-time opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive services in a school
setting located in Midland, TX. This contract position involves
managing a caseload of approximately 60-65 students and offers an
engaging environment to apply specialized skills in school-based
speech therapy. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language
pathology services to students within the assigned caseload.
Supervise up to two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to
support student therapy programs. Collaborate with educational
staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and optimize
student outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation
aligned with school district policies. Bilingual candidates are
encouraged to apply, though this is not a mandatory requirement.
Qualifications: Active and valid SLP license. Certification of
Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. Experience working in
school-based speech-language pathology settings. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
with students, families, and staff. Ability to manage a high
caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care. Location:
Midland, TX (Onsite position) This role offers the chance to make a
