Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist with a minimum of two years of school-based
experience is sought for a fully remote, contract opportunity
supporting students via telespeech services. This role offers the
flexibility of working from home while engaging in meaningful
therapy sessions that support communication development in a
virtual school environment. Key responsibilities include: -
Delivering speech and language therapy through virtual platforms to
students in a school setting - Creating individualized treatment
plans tailored to students' specific speech and language needs -
Collaborating virtually with clinical and technical support teams
to optimize service delivery - Maintaining accurate and timely
documentation aligned with school and regulatory requirements -
Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy approaches as
necessary Qualifications and experience: - Minimum of two years
experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school-based
environment - Licensure and certification as required by state and
federal guidelines - Comfortable using telepractice technology;
previous virtual therapy experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills to efficiently
manage caseloads remotely - Ability to work independently within a
flexible contract structure Location: This position is 100% remote,
allowing professionals located anywhere to provide telespeech
services with a focus on students in the Birmingham, AL area.
