opportunities for YOU. ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Desktop
Engineer who is responsible for configurating, deploying, and
automating technology to End User systems. Review and implement new
technology to improve business processes. Work as part of a team by
providing guidance to teammates and assisting in an efficient,
professional manner. This position is primarily responsible
for:This role will work closely with our Microsoft Endpoint
Configuration Management (MECM) Team and End User Computing team to
enhance the End User Experience through automationOverall
management and configuration of our 1E Tachyon platformManagement
of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and AutoPilotDeployment of
new end user facing technology, including solution design,
development, testing, deployment, and communications.Support the
creation of clear documentation and user guides for current or new
technology deployed.Proactively define our approach and execution
of monitoring of the health of the IT equipment.Tier 3 support of
Desktop SystemsEnsuring compliance of security patches across
Windows 10, Mac OS and iOS devices.Creating Powershell scripts to
load into automation tools. QualificationsMinimum
QualificationsEducation, Training and Experience: Associate degree
or related experience and/or trainingKnowledge, Abilities & Skills:
4+ years of experience in System Center Configuration Management or
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management experience.Expert
knowledge of Windows 10 and Mac OS X operating systems with the
ability to install, update, integrate and support these operating
systems.Other Qualifications Healthcare IT experience. (Preferably
in an ambulatory surgery center environment)Experience with
technologies such as Azure, Microsoft Autopilot, 1E Tachyon, and
JAMF a plus but not required.Proactive, decisive, action-oriented
individualStrong written and verbal communication skills, including
with Executive audiences. The ability to communicate to the
executive management team on IT issues locally is especially
critical.Excellent interpersonal, leadership, collaboration,
facilitation, and negotiation skillsAble to clearly explain
technical issues in a way that nontechnical people can
understandAbility to be broadly focused and manage multiple efforts
concurrentlyAbility to work effectively with all levels of the
organization, including staff, business stakeholders, and all
