THINK OUTSIDE.Position OverviewJoin Polaris as a Lean Industrial
Engineer and lead a dedicated team aimed at refining processes and
championing efficiency. In this role, you will spearhead a team of
Process Technicians to eliminate unnecessary activities and foster
a culture steeped in Lean principles. Your mission will be to
collaborate with plant leadership, devise continuous improvement
strategies, and oversee transformative projects. Imagine a role

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of (2) Process Technicians to eliminate
non-value-added activities and embed Lean culture throughout the
facility.
- Partner with plant leadership to identify continuous
improvement projects, define objectives, and execute detailed
action plans.
- Manage multiple, concurrent, cross-functional projects,
ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Develop and adapt training materials and presentations to
educate staff on Lean concepts and tools.
- Facilitate and lead Lean activities such as Kaizens, promoting
widespread adoption of Lean methodologies.
- Assist in the rollout and deployment of Polaris's Lean training
materials to enhance organizational knowledge and practices.Desired

execution.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in Lean manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience facilitating Kaizens and applying Lean
methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with
all levels of the organization.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and solid analytical
capabilities.
- Demonstrated excellence in project management.
