Koch Foods is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the engineering and maintenance operations at one of our key processing facilities. As a leader in the poultry processing industry, we are committed to delivering top-quality products while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring all mechanical systems and equipment are operating at peak performance, directly impacting the quality, safety, and productivity of our operations. Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations. Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. Implement preventative maintenance measures. Manage maintenance staff and provide training. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities. Ensure equipment and machines are consistent with safety standards. Inspect facilities to identify and resolve issues. Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong leadership and managerial capabilities. Efficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and organized with a keen attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is preferred. OSHA Safety Certification is advantageous.
