Assembler Job Description We are seeking a skilled Wire Harness
Assembler to join our team. You will play a critical role in
assembling individual components into control systems and wiring
harnesses, ensuring quality and precision in every task.
Responsibilities Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints,
and bills of material. Assemble individual components into control
systems and wiring harnesses. Perform basic fabrication using hand
tools such as wire crimpers and wire strippers. Label and organize
parts for assembly. Assist with inventory control and packaging of
completed systems. Prepare and reconcile shipping documents and UPS
packages. Essential Skills Ability to interpret technical drawings
and schematics. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Experience with hand tools and basic assembly processes. Additional
Skills & Qualifications Previous electronics or mechanical assembly

assembly, with 80% sitting and 20% standing. The role requires
extensive use of hand tools, so comfort with working with hands all
day is essential. Enjoy a climate-controlled environment, working
alongside a small, friendly team. The schedule is Monday to
Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to
12:00 p.m. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position
based out of Decatur, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this
position is $16.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to
some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length
of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to
