We---re looking for a Director of Sales Operations to support both our mission and our expansive growth. Specifically, the Director of Sales Operations will direct and support functions critical to Salesforce execution. These functions include all aspect of the sales: reporting, quota and commission design, expense and revenue optimization, process managment, role design, onboarding, sales incentive implementation, and recruiting of sales talent. Essential Functions: Develop, standardize, and sustain quality and accuracy around sales reporting and internal business review including: Weekly / Monthly performance package Quarterly Board Review Sales incentive programs: reporting performance and communications to drive success Refine customer segmentation by brand, assist with territory management, and help support the renewal / upsell program Partner with marketing to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performances with dashboards Own the process of tracking sales funnel and operational metrics; delivering regular insights to the business Provide insights and forecast outcomes based on data trends and propose actions based on strategic objectives Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials and assist with new team member onboarding Enhance productivity by optimizing both internal and external sales processes: Act as a liaison to the SFDC team to: Identify sales process inefficiencies and create new streamlined procedures Prioritize specific actions to create a more productive sales rep experience, increase performance, and remove inconsistencies Implement enabling technologies to the field sales team and optimize effectiveness of Therapy Brand---s technology investments Proactively identify, prioritize, and measure sales process quality and recommend and execute changes to maximize results Execute the M&A integration plans for sales across the portfolio Partner with Sales management, Finance, and the People team to build compensation and incentive programs to drive productivity and execution Build a peer support base and work across teams / brands and collaborate with key sales, marketing, and operational personnel to achieve objectives Propose, support, and direct company initiatives to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness Create a capacity model to deliver maximum results while hitting budgeted profitability targets Compile and prepare data reports and/or presentations---information may come from internal and/or external sources Gather, analyze and summarize key performance indicators in highly complex graphical presentation formats 25-50% travel is required Qualifications: Four-year college degree, MBA, or relevant business experience required 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a sales management or operations, FP&A, or business operations role Advanced ---BI--- tool and Excel skills for reporting and data analysis Advanced reporting ability in Salesforce.com Proven track record of change management in a fast paced, results driven environment Proficient in data entry and reporting within Salesforce.com; SalesLoft experience is a plus Must be innovative and make substantial individual, strategic, and tactical judgments and recommendations. Must be able to work with colleagues in various roles, at all levels, including senior management Proven ability in compiling, assembling, analyzing, and summarizing data
