This is a leadership position within a fast-paced, collegial environment, providing you with an opportunity to directly and positively impact the business performance at CVS Health.
    
    While it is preferred that this role be located out of Lincoln, RI, we are also open to a remote/work from home arrangement.
    
    Here, you will be responsible for CVS ' Branded Pharmaceutical Category Management program within the Omnicare division. Responsibilities will encompass every aspect of pharmaceutical category management ranging from developing strategy to representing CVS Health within the branded supplier community and negotiating pharmaceutical agreements.

Superior analytical skills and financial acumen, an ability to draw actionable insights from complex data, together with a keen business judgement are paramount. Your ability to influence decisions across all levels of the organization, as well as your demonstrated experience in strategic thinking, business analysis, project supervision, talent management and people development will be critical to your success.
    
    The Director will report to the Sr. Director of Brand Contracting within Pharmacy Trade and Supply Chain.

    Required Qualifications
    - 8 years of progressive work experience in an operational, client facing or analytical/finance based role within the long term care (preferred), retail, specialty, pharmacy benefits management (PBM) or pharmaceutical industry.
    
    Preferred Qualifications
    -BS Pharmacy, Finance or Pharm. D , with a MBA.
    -Prior corporate work experience in a client facing or account management role.
    - Experience in a leadership role involving data driven decision making is a plus
    
    Education
    Bachelor's Degree required. Pharmacy, finance, economics, or a business-related degree preferred.
