You'll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth. Our Systems Consulting - Practice Support team helps build customisable specific system solutions that enhance the PwC's capabilities to appropriately serve all client needs. As part of the team, you'll use your deep knowledge of enterprise architecture across application areas to build delivery models that map to PwC's business needs.

    Certification(s) Preferred : Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service ConsultantPreferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader in roles with assisting large employers on the performance improvement of their Sales, Service, and Marketing organizations, emphasizing the following areas:
    • Understanding and solving business and technology challenges related to the implementation of CRM technologies, delivering Enterprise Social platforms, and designing and developing platform based applications that meet business needs;
    • Leveraging acumen to understand underlying business problems, while developing and delivering Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses the identified issues. This includes understanding the sales, service, and marketing functions within the organization and how the technology will help streamline organizational needs;
    • Demonstrating command of process areas and leading practices embedded in functional solutions for CPQ, Billing, entitlements for recurring revenue business models;
    • Demonstrating and defining and delivering scalable business architecture and integrated solutions involving different Salesforce clouds (including built not limited to Sales, Service, Marketing, Communities, CPQ, Einstein);
    • Demonstrating an understanding of integrations with third party systems through a variety integration patterns and products (Mulesoft, Informatica, etc) and Salesforce capabilities;
    • Demonstrating a broad understanding of enterprise applications to which Salesforce is commonly integrated to enable an end-to-end ecosystem for enterprise customers (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Eloqua, and related cloud and/or on premise ERP business applications);
    • Conducting industry, market, competitive and value chain analysis;
    • Developing business cases and understanding underlying ROI;
    • Conducting customer segmentations and developing associated segment strategies and value propositions;
    • Performing capability gap analyses and other-related customer-facing capabilities;
    • Developing customer centric operating models;
    • Understanding customer trends in the B2B and B2C space, as well as across industries; and,
    • Driving strategic change into client organization.Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader within a global business environment, or advisory consulting services firm, including the following areas:
      • Leveraging industry knowledge and analytical skills, especially as it relates to project management and project facilitation;
      • Leading and/or facilitating teams and develop client proposals, leveraging extensive business development and relationship management know-how;
      • Identifying and addressing stakeholder needs such as developing and sustaining deep stakeholder relationships using networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills to identify potential new service opportunities, preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials, and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection; and,
      • Leveraging business transformation skills with a track record of successful change enablement with quantifiable results.Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:
        • Performing as a team leader-supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation, while answering questions and providing direction to less experienced staff, coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback;
        • Developing and engaging team members to grow the collective experience delivering technology solutions that enable business processes from lead-to-cash; and,
        • Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, while collaborating effectively across teams and juggling multiple projects and initiatives in different phases simultaneously.
