Boulo is sourcing for our client's next Strategic Delivery Account Manager. Our client is a high-growth, custom software development company.

Job Overview
Strategic Delivery Account Managers here will be the first point of contact for the company's business customers.
This position is heavily reliant upon your communication and relationship management skills.
A successful Strategic Account Delivery Manager will exceed customer expectations by providing valuable business insight, maintaining and growing billable team size for assigned projects as per the business requirement, and handling all client communication with exceptional clarity and care.

Responsibilities and Duties
Meet with new and existing clients to identify business requirements and provide both business-level and technical consulting
Maintain a constant line of communication with US clients and offshore developers/project managers
Translate business requirements into technical requirements with the assistance of a Technical Lead
Demonstrate latest product updates to clients in both live meetings and narrated recordings
Assist in planning offshore development activities according to client expectations

Qualifications
4-year degree in business-related field (Or Comparable experience as a Software Project Manager)
1-3 years of experience in project management, sales, operations, or customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized
Demonstrated record of successful client presentations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required)
Less than 20% occasional domestic travel.
Must be flexible and available to work and support clients in the India market and time zone.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence software by Atlassia (bonus)

Salary: $60,000-$80,000

Previous experience as a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Customer Success Manager, Client or Field Services Manager could likely excel in this role.

This is a delivery focused role rather than a sales focus role with autonomy to manage the role based on your unique entrepreneurial mind-set. You'll have support, not micro-management.
