As the Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing some of our key client accounts with Blu. WHO IS THE SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER? You love details and structure, but you also can adapt to change and see change as an opportunity to grow. You have experience in account management and project management in marketing, digital, print, or similar. You thrive in working face-to-face with clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Communication - You know your clients and have built a relationship with them. Blu prioritizes relational over transactional. You are able to predict their upcoming needs. You can communicate professionally, while still being relational. You stay apprised of clients--- brands, products, services, and marketing developments at all times. Project Management - You know how to manage project deadlines and can positively communicate to the internal team at Blu to ensure there is clarity around your client's needs and deadlines. You are intuitive as to what else is going on with the team and want everyone to succeed, while keeping your deadlines met. You know how to communicate effectively with various types of people within Blu (type A, to creatives, to CEO) and know how to tailor your communication to their work style. Organization - You prefer organization and structure and you know how to manage your time effectively. You work well under deadlines and can work at a fast pace while maintaining quality and order. You work hard and smart simultaneously. Outside the three main responsibilities, you will collaborate with the CEO and Director of Account Management to create and implement data-driven marketing strategies for your clients. You will find opportunities to grow the business line within your client accounts. COMPETENCIES/SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE NEEDED 5 years of account management experience in related fields Bachelor---s degree in marketing, advertising, or similar Commitment to Blu---s mission statement to be humble servants improving the world one great idea at a time ---Creatalytical--- with a passion for creativity and data-driven solutions Servant leader who loves to accomplish a mission as a team Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Highly organized Strong interpersonal skills exhibiting humility, excellence, accountability, desire to help, can-do and solution-oriented attitude Proficient in Keynote, project management software, and Microsoft products Willingness and ability to travel BENEFITS 100% paid employee health and dental insurance 22 days of paid PTO and 9 paid holidays Flexible core work hours office culture (8:30 AM-3 PM) with 8 AM-5 PM office hours Cell phone coverage or allowance COMPANY SUMMARY At Blu, we are a unique blend of marketing and advertising professionals who bring trackable data-driven creative solutions to our clients.
