Client Services Director
SUMMARY:
As the Client Services Director, you are primarily responsible for sales growth including technology staffing, as well as solutions sales for software modernization and enterprise data solutions. You will be tasked with prospecting and sales origination from both new and existing customers. A Client Services Director will be expected to "hunt" and deliver service with a sense of urgency, leading to significant earning potential.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or another related field
    • 3+ years of experience with B2B sales
    • Experience selling technology staffing, custom software development, and/or enterprise data solutions (preferred)
    • Proficiency using CRM tools, with Salesforce being preferred
    • Exceptional people skills with a service-oriented mindset
    • Results driven with a strong business acumen and record of success
    • Proven knowledge in networking, sales origination, and lead generation
    • Experience with territory management and market analysis
    • Capable of consultative selling

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Generate revenue through origination of sales at both new and existing customers
      • Create world-class customer experiences that exceed expectations and lead to trusted partnerships with current and prospective clients
      • Maintain a working knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape
      • Facilitate discovery and advanced discovery meetings to find existing challenges and sell 3Ci and Doozer capabilities
      • Locate decision makers and their processes for choosing contractors
      • Oversee, develop, and review project-specific scopes of work
      • Determine internal pricing, and negotiate pricing for contractors and direct hires
      • Present customized solution options to key leaders, executives, and selection committees
      • Collaborate with the B2B marketing team on lead generation and market research
      • Leverage technology and marketing intelligence tolls such as Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimize territory plans
      • Consult with existing customers to expand our relationships into new business offerings
      • Qualify customer's technology hiring needs and work closely with recruiting teams to present and place top technology talent in contract and permanent roles with customers
      • Find potential software modernization development and enterprise data opportunities by engaging Consulting Practice SMEs as part of team selling, and assist in proposing and closing business
      • Act as the engagement manager for projects
      • Schedule and conduct job order qualifications with recruiters
      • Identify additional future features, versions, and upgrades, and staffing needs to increase the scope of engagement
      • Meet and exceed KPI/Scorecard monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics
      • Maintain compliance with all internal metrics for CRM (Salesforce) and ATS (BullHorn)
