As a Fraud Incident Management Team Leader, you will be a part of the Balance Sheet Analytics and Modeling organization. This is a/an (hybrid) position. The Fraud Incident Analyst will be responsible for leading a team that analyzes fraud incidents, supporting the containment and prevention of fraud incidents, communicate and document actions taken and analysis completed. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: (1) Strong leadership skills (2) Fraud experience, (3) Ability to establish and implement process improvement ideas, (4) Able to identify risks and gaps in processes, (5) Report development and documentation experience, (6) Ability to work in fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position and will sit in the PNC footprint.Job DescriptionLead a team of incident managers and data analytics specialistsWork with monitoring team to identify fraud eventsAnalyze & assessing fraud incident impact and anatomy of fraud attacksSupport the development and implementation of solutions to contain and prevent fraud incidents with security and technology partnersCoordinate response & other communications to key partners regarding action items for containment and preventionWork with security, technology, and product partners to develop solutions that prevent and contain fraud incidentsDocument the facts, figures, actions taken, and analysis completed to contain and prevent fraud incidentsComplete ongoing monitoring to ensure the fraud incident was properly preventedDefines the strategy and executes on the business and financial results for a product portfolio through the leadership of team(s) managing new and existing products by creating a differentiated customer experience utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics.Defines the overall strategy to produce a differentiated customer experience related to product or experience development for applicable business segments and product groups. Sponsors potential product or experience development projects for feasibility and value. Presents initiatives and policy changes to gain executive management buy-in. Manages progress to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget and meet strategic goals and oversees the resolution of issues that arise.Participates in the marketplace to influence product and customer experience trends and leads teams to execute on new products or enhancements to existing products or experiences and recognizes, anticipates and resolves complex operational and process problems that arise. Presents ideas to governing committees for approval. Maintains network of counterparts and third parties within the industry.Serves as senior point of escalation and ensures successful outcomes from key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery and other internal service partners. Leads activities with external stakeholders and clients throughout the product lifecycle. Supports determination of risk appetite and limits as part of the first line of defense. Owns business response to audit and regulatory finding.Leads one or multiple product lines and manager(s). At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required.
