ROLE DESCRIPTIONThe Senior Director of Growth & Strategy will be part of the broader Kantar North American Sales organization and will be an important contributor of new revenue generation for the Profiles Division. This Business Development role will focus on selling new, enterprise clients quantitative research solutions from our proprietary assets. This role will focus on selling brands research in the form of field & tab and/or agile solutions like Kantar's proprietary Accelerated Answers and other agile solutionsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build new pipeline of promising, brand direct clients across core industry verticals.
• Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by prioritizing activities and leveraging resources.
• Qualify prospective clients, identify opportunities and continuously manage sales pipeline.
• Leverage Profiles solutions and identifying best offering for client & Kantar.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure client renewals and new opportunities.
• Manage the sales cycle from first inquiry to close to final delivery.
• Produce strategic territory and account plans to build business and deliver against goal.
• Leverage CRM interface (Sugar CRM) to maintain accurate, disciplined tracking of sales pipeline.
• Build and grow highly collaborative relationships with Sales peers and client support teams.ROLE REQUIREMENTS
