*_Overview_*: Alabama's Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail is a collection of 468 holes of championship golf on 11 sites across Alabama. The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail is managed by Sunbelt Golf Corporation. Sunbelt's philosophy from the very beginning was to build the finest collection of public golf courses in the world and run them as a successful business investment.

The Oxmoor Valley facility has two championship 18-hole golf courses, Ridge Course and Valley Course, and an 18-hole par-3 Short Course. The Ridge Course is hilly and undulating with some steep terrain and many downhill shots and expansive vistas. The Valley Course winds between the mountains along creeks, lakes, and tree-lined hillsides. It has shots over ravines with landing areas and rolling fairways. The Short Course is hilly and most of the holes play downhill. There is a 35,000-square-foot clubhouse with cart storage, locker rooms, dining room, bar, indoor grill, meeting rooms, and wrap-around veranda. The practice range includes a separate teaching academy.

*_Experience Required: _*
* Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years' experience in a leadership position at a golf course, restaurant or food and beverage operation preferred
* Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations.
* Additional value will be placed on a background in hospitality, or high-service dining operation.

*_Essential Responsibilities_*:
* Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Sunbelt's policies and applicable laws.
* This is a full-time position. The hours to assigned to this position vary each week according to scheduled functions and include working on holidays and weekends.
* The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage reports to the Director of Food and Beverage and assists in all areas of food and beverage operations to include, dining room, kitchen operations, banquet operations, beverage cart service and meeting rooms.
* Assists in hiring and training of full-time, part-time and seasonal staff.
* Assists in cost controls for food and beverage and daily operations.
* Utilizes technology to manage all areas of the food and beverage operation including point of sale, scheduling, payroll, inventory, etc.
* Assists in creating and maintaining a culture of teamwork by having a strong and visible presence with exceptional communication skills.
* Have a passion and aptitude for training personnel.
* Establish and uphold expectations for dress, decorum and service standards.

Pay: $32,162.56 - $60,189.55 per year

Weekly day range:
* Monday to Friday
