JOB SUMMARY: Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the
chapter's day-to-day operation efforts by performing tasks integral
to the chapter's success. The Operations Manager will provide
critical support by serving as the point person for all outgoing
funds and support for the chapter. This tactical and technical role
for the chapter is critical to client support and donor
stewardship.

OPERATIONS MANGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process all check requests ensuring they have proper
documentation and approvals to accounting team
- Work across teams to process all receipts and coding via
software platform
- Invoicing accounts receivables due from other vendors
- Serve as the secondary mail opener with Operations
Coordinator
- Maintain compliance with all chapter policies and
procedures
- Support fundraising efforts, events, and wishes as
needed
- Work alongside Director of Operations to develop, maintain, and
create policies/procedure
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of
Operations

- Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Minimum 5+ years administrative/operational/finance experience
