Center
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Work Location: OBGYN Division, Women & Infants Center
The Senior Director is accountable and responsible for attainment
of goals, setting objectives, assuring plans and policies for
established area of responsibility are implemented. The incumbent
is responsible for the clinical operations, quality, regulatory,
patient experience staffing, and financial management of all
out-patient clinical areas in the Department of OB/GYN.
Responsibilities include implementation of the department's
philosophy and goals, standards for nursing practice and the
management and development of nursing personnel. He/She provides
leadership and direction in matters regarding the clinic/practice
management and to all clinic staff assigned to the Department of
OB/GYN.

Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare or Business
Administration and eight (8) years clinical nursing experience,
three (3) years of which must be in an administrative nursing
position, required. Work experience may NOT substitute for
education requirement.
LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Required: Current State of Alabama RN license.
