DescriptionThe General Manager is responsible for overseeing all processes at all branches including, but not limited to hiring, supervision and evaluation of staff performance and identification of training needs, monitoring assets, maintaining awareness of under-utilized equipment, adherence to and interpretation of CraneWorks/RentalWorks (CW/RW) policies and procedures, managing and supervising branch managers and evaluating methods to improve work flow, and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment. The General Manager must be engaged in workflow supervision and methods, evaluation of branch operations procedures, and analysis to ensure appropriate overall operation.

• Oversee all RW Operations
• Oversee all RW Fleet Operations
• Overall Fleet Planning
• Acquisition of Fleet
• Disposition of Fleet
• Vendor Relationships
• New Opportunities
• Monitor all Key RW Metrics Daily, Monthly, Quarterly
• Manage all New & Used RW Retail Fleet Sales
• Oversee Rouse Rental Reporting & Company Website for RW Enhancements
• Oversee the Continuous Brand Enhancement of RW
• Oversee the Ongoing Process of RW/CW Operating Independently
• Manage the Continuous Overall Improvement of RW
• Work Closely with Sales Managers to Drive Revenue, Market Share & ProfitCollaborate with other managers at all LocationsQualifications
  • Good Attitude
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
  • Experience in planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of rental processes, operations and administration (finance, HR, procurement, etc.)
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • BS/BA in Business or relevant field, preferred.
