NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Director to join the Marketing & Communications team at our corporate headquarters in Birmingham, AL 35216.
The Marketing Director will work collaboratively with divisional leaders and project stakeholders across the organization to create and execute strategic brand and employer marketing plans in alignment with NaphCare's business goals. The Marketing Director will execute multi-channel, data-driven campaigns to drive recruitment and sales goals. The Marketing Director will be responsible for creating and activating compelling events, content and paid media strategies. The position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications.
Job Responsibilities

• Strategic lead in planning and directing marketing activities to meet business goals for recruiting and sales.
• Play a critical role as both strategist and storyteller, creating and delivering effective messaging and value propositions at the right time and place to the right audience.
• Develop and execute measurable, multi-channel campaigns to reach primary and secondary audiences, including talent acquisition, prospects and current clients.
• Define channel strategy for distribution of content to support sales and recruiting efforts including collateral, blogs, emails, LinkedIn posts, etc.
• Utilize industry leading practices to conceptualize and execute strategic recruitment marketing campaigns across multi-channel mediums, ensuring cohesive messaging while adhering to brand standards.
• Execution of SEO/SEM strategies to drive brand reputation and awareness and employer brand strategies.
• Leveraging data, reporting and insights to set goals, measure success, and continually refine marketing strategy toward better engagement.
• Expertise in planning, prioritizing, and goal setting including the ability to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency and create detailed marketing plans.
• Develop and manage budgets.
• Manages vendor relationships.
• Negotiates and manages budget with internal customers and outside vendors. Job Details
  
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Communications or a business-related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, recruitment, and/or with a government contractor.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing and data management, including SEO/SME, Google Analytics and other platforms/tools.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising, geofencing and retargeting campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Experience with a CRM such as Insightly a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe applications.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, learn quickly, communicate effectively, build meaningful relationships, and take initiative.
  • Experience working with product, content, and creative teams to develop custom ideas.
  • Previous team management experience a plus.
  • Requires some travel.
