Job Description:
At Regions, the Loan Servicing Manager manages a supervisor or a team of exempt associates. This position oversees associates performing a variety of loan servicing functions, which may include special servicing, loan workout, investor relations, and loan operations.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensures the delivery of loan services/products to internal and external customers

  • Ensures compliance with bank policy and all applicable federal regulations and state laws

  • Participates in long-term or strategic planning for department

  • Develops and maintains written departmental policies and procedures

  • Consistently analyzes and reviews workflow for process improvements

  • Determines departmental structure and allocates resources

  • Meets established production and quality standards

  • Manages departmental budget

  • Provides coaching and career leadership development for supervisors and team leaders

  • Prepares reports and analyzes key metrics

    This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
    This position is incentive eligible.

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • Seven (7) years of banking or related work experience

    • Three (3) years of supervisory or managerial experience


      • Bachelor's degree or college courses

      • Banking and leadership experience

        Skills and Competencies

        • Ability to solve complex customer problems

        • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

        • Strong time management

        • Strong written and verbal communication skills

          Additional Job Descriptions

          • Manages a team of business and programming analysts responsible for the design, development and implementation of business, operational and regulatory reporting for the consumer lending and commercial lending portfolios.

          • Responsible for timely, accurate, and reliable data and reports for the Consumer and Commercial line of business, compliance, and certain regulatory reporting.

          • Performs quality assurance of data and corresponding reports.

          • Provides analysis and insight into key performance metrics.

          • Oversees production of ad-hoc and recurring deliverables

          • Directs, organizes, and leads report projects with the use of SAS and BI software tools and systems.

          • Conducts regular 1x1s with direct reports and monthly staff meetings
