Responsibilities:

• Analyze and troubleshoot system performance issues, diagnosing and resolving complex problems that often involve multiple systems and networks.
• Manage and maintain our internal server environment, including Windows servers, MSSQL databases, and Active Directory.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network equipment, including Cisco routers, APS, and other network devices.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure optimal system performance and security.
• Utilize Powershell and other scripting tools to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Manage and maintain PC hardware, software, and peripheral devices, including PCs, printers, and other equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for system improvements and upgrades as necessary.Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and MSSQL.
  • Experience with network configuration and management, including Cisco routers and APS.
