Job Description:

As an Executive Director working remotely in the US, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
You'll report to Vice President - Technology Strategy, Public Sector -
Drive design and implementation of new Cisco and Genesys contact center engagements in support of local, state and federal government agencies
Work collaboratively with client teams and project managers to drive efficiencies in contact center operations through automation and technical capabilities
Guide strategic planning for future growth
Interface with client executives to drive program deliverables and business enhancements.
15 years in technical telecommunications and contact center implementations
-5 years experience in government compliance management
-10 years telephony integration design and implementation work
-5 years database management

The anticipated range is $140,000 - $185,000 USD. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
