Responsibilities Work with the CEO/Franchise Partner to develop an annual marketing plan and calendar, including new programming, marketing initiates and tactics to drive sales Develop an annual marketing calendar with quarterly promotions Understand local market and successfully integrate the Sky Zone brand to drive revenue Deliver on the parks monthly department goals Lead sales and street teams to find leads and generate energy around the Sky Zone brand in the community Other duties as assigned Core Competencies Lives the Core Values: Make it Fun, Keep it Safe, Be Healthy, Do Good and Deliver WoW Has an entrepreneurial mindset Thinks creatively and strategically Holds him/herself and others to high standards Has the ability to propose, present, persuade and close deals Excellent communication skills Can organize and prioritize tasks and time Proficient in all Microsoft products (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Has a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation Displays a WoW personality In addition to the core competencies, the ideal candidate: Creates a strong personal selling plan Uses creative efforts to generate sales opportunities Develops and maintains a network of strategic contacts of generating leads Asks satisfied customers for referrals Focuses on recurring revenue opportunities Education Associate's Degree, marketing or related field; or Bachelor's Degree, marketing or related field Qualifications At least 3 years of previous sales and marketing experience Ability to deliver a premium first impression to potential customers Local market knowledge Ability to work independently Skills Analyzes information effectively Basic computer skills Effective time management Excellent communication skills Good negotiation skills Great leadership ability Solves problems effectively Well organized Works well with others Please apply today!
