Homesie is the newest startup from Smith Ventures, the founder of Shipt. We are creating a new way for people to live that is flexible and simple. We are looking for an amazing Office Manager! Do you LOVE highlighters, think post-its are the best thing ever and are you obnoxiously organized Would you describe yourself as a team player A bit of an energizer bunny If so, we want to chat with you!-- The role of Office Manager at Homesie requires someone who is hard-working, can work with multiple personalities to get the job done, and spread positive cheer throughout the team! What You'll Gain You'll join a team of talented individuals that are building a startup to improve the way people live and will be able to make all kinds of things happen without limits. Your Responsibilities -- -- -- -- Ensure we have all of the food and beverages needed to sustain the team. -- -- -- -- Maintain a functional and comfortable office space by ensuring cleanliness of lounges, break rooms, and other work areas. -- -- -- -- Assist the team with scheduling meetings, facilitating events, and other administrative tasks as needed. -- -- -- -- Check requests. -- -- -- -- Assisting with the signing of paperwork and creating a strategic filing system -- -- -- -- Run errands to pick up supplies, catering orders, and other necessities. -- -- -- -- Greet all incoming guests and communicate their arrival with hosts. -- -- -- -- Prep and prime office and offsite locations for events, meetings, and socials. -- -- -- -- Assist with anything that is needed to help the team succeed. Everyone wears many hats, so if you don't care about job titles and job descriptions, you will love it here! Requirements -- -- -- -- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is a bonus. -- -- -- -- Strong communication skills and a self-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgency. -- -- -- -- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. -- -- -- -- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills -- -- -- -- Tech savvy - Familiarity with Mac, Google Drive, Excel. -- -- -- -- You possess professionalism, discernment, and grace when under pressure. -- -- -- -- Most importantly, you can keep a positive and enthusiastic attitude when faced with a challenge. --
