Job Summary
The Supervisory LPN will be responsible for monitoring the personal care, companionship and skilled nursing services provided by our company s direct care staff. They will also assist with coordinating clinical services and ensuring quality care services are provided to our clients. Duties for this role include performing in-home assessments of clients to determine their support and clinical needs and conducting scheduled supervisory visits to clients' homes.
Minimum Qualifications

* A current LPN license in the state of services
* A valid driver's license
* Access to insured and reliable transportation
* Ability to travel within the surrounding counties
