What You'll Do
Vial is a leading clinical trials research site network with a
focus on dermatology. We are looking to hire a new Clinical
Research Coordinator. A perfect candidate has 3+ years of
experience working in a clinic with direct patient-facing

- Assist with initial patient scheduling, and first visits as
trials begin at the clinic.
- Maintain and manage all trial-specific source documentation
- See patients and assist in the completion of research visits
- Manage the collection, recording, reporting, and storage of
study-related data, investigational product, and study
- Communicate and work directly with the CRO and Sponsor
representatives during pre-study, IMV, and site closure; adhering
to site-specific standard operating procedures, local and federal
- Minimum of 2 years in a clinic as an MA, or other role with
- Ideally, experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or CRC
- Ideally, experience in Dermatology
- Superior interpersonal communication skills and the ability to
exercise empathy when working with patients and their families
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrate an understanding of clinical procedures, laws, and
- Thorough knowledge of medical terminology
